About

Most of us were
never taught how
to relate.

We were taught to be polite, to manage conflict, to say sorry. But not how our nervous system shapes every conversation. Not why we go quiet when we want to speak up, or why we push harder when we should step back. Not why the same patterns keep showing up, no matter how much we understand ourselves.

That's the gap this work lives in.

I'm Tiffany Wylder — a somatic coach and relational intelligence practitioner based in Sydney, Australia. For over a decade I've worked with individuals, couples, and groups to help them identify and shift the patterns shaping how they relate — to themselves and to others.

The framework I work from sits at the intersection of attachment theory, nervous system science, and communication strategy. It has a name now: the Relational Intelligence Framework. And it's built on one core premise — most relationship problems live in the body, not the argument. They're about patterns. And patterns can change.

You were untaught.

The work

This is a methodology,
not just a vibe.

The Relational Intelligence Framework is a structured approach to understanding and shifting relational patterns. It's not therapy. It's not generic self-development. It's precision work — applied directly to what happens in your body, your reactions, and your relationships.

The work goes deeper than communication tips. It works with the nervous system first — because that's where your patterns actually live. Insight follows. Change follows that.

Attachment theory

Understanding the patterns formed early and how they show up now.

Nervous system literacy

Learning to read your own activation before it runs the conversation.

Communication strategy

Saying what matters clearly, without losing yourself or the relationship.
